Bid Notice: Elevator Modernization

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Library Trustees of the Palatine Public Library District; Cook County, Illinois that sealed bids will be received for the ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION of the Main Library Branch, hereby referenced as The Project. This Contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.).

The Project shall be a single prime contract and consists of modernization of (2) existing elevators in the facility that serve the parking garage. Project includes associated electrical work as part of the primary contract.; and coordination with other Owner’s other contracts for carpeting of cabs and lobbies.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. CST on August 29, 2024 at the Palatine Public Library District, office of the Director, 700 N. North Court, Palatine, Illinois 60067 and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that 2:05 PM. Any bids received after 2:00 PM will not be accepted.
