Do you need more help with Library resources, technology, and more? Make an appointment with trained staff who can give you guidance and help you get started.

  • Appointments can be in-person or virtual and last up to 30 minutes.
  • For valid District cardholders only.
  • We will contact you within three business days.
  • Appointments may be scheduled a week or more from your initial request. We will try to accommodate your preferred time.
  • Staff may request you wear a mask for interactions longer than 15 minutes.
