Timeline

  • Drop off your entry at the Main Library in September
  • Vote for your favorite:  September 7-14
  • Winners notified (3 LEGO prize winners: 1st place, 2 runner-up): September 19
  • Pick up your entry: September 29-30

Guidelines

  • Fill out required online application, available August 22.
  • Use your own bricks, entries must fit within a 12”x12”x12” space and be your own original design.
  • To celebrate the Illinois Bicentennial, build something representing the state of Illinois. Need inspiration? Explore Illinois state symbols, sports teams, events, or something close to home!
